From the front desk to the server rack

I’m a B.Com (Computer Applications) graduate who understands what users need from a business point of view, and turns that into working IT and web solutions.

I started at a hospital front office handling patients and billing, moved into hands-on IT work installing systems, cabling and networks, and now run IT at SL Diagnostics while building the software its departments rely on. Alongside that, I design and build websites for businesses and independent clients. I want to keep contributing to meaningful projects and grow with a strong team.

    • Diagnose and fix network and hardware issues to keep operations running.
    • Manage IT infrastructure, including system configuration and updates.
    • Build and maintain in-house web systems for clinic departments.
    • Provide technical support across hardware and software problems.

    • Installed and configured Windows, Linux and Proxmox systems.
    • Handled CCTV installation and structured cabling.
    • Configured network racks and routers and managed IT infrastructure.

    • Welcomed patients calmly and worked out what each one needed.
